Media Manager - REMOTE
The Media Center of Excellence (mCOE) team within Adlucent promotes our clients’ brands on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms by driving discoverability, traffic, and conversion through campaigns. Our team of experienced campaign managers have an impressive track record for success and manage large annual advertising spend for our clients who are prominently in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) space. We work with all of them to help execute Media advertising across multiple RMN (Retail Media Networks). This position works closely with the Business Management and Sales team members while independently managing his/her own list of clients.
Work with cross-functional Business Managers, clients, and other eCommerce companies to help deliver strong sales growth and excellent customer support:
Sponsored Search (Walmart Connect, Criteo, Instacart, Kroger, Quotient, Amazon Sponsored Ads)
Develop search strategies, tactics and testing plans based on client’s goals and the role of media in driving their brand growth
Be prepared to discuss common concerns from the traditional digital media landscape (automation, dayparting, head/longtail keywords) along with ecommerce-specific metrics and how to interpret the information (CTR, ROAS)
Set up/monitor/optimize/report on ecommerce search campaigns to clients
Identify trends and insights to drive media spend, keyword/SEO, and optimization recommendations
Have a thorough understanding of ecommerce and retail fundamentals to understand the how promotions fuels growth on different online retailer platforms
Cultivate relationships with clients via email, phone calls, in-person meetings, and presentations, sharing best practices and recommendations
Help train Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Associates to develop their knowledge of the Retail Media Network and the advertising industry
Great to Have:
1-2 years experience in media and advertising
Experience with eCommerce channels (Amazon, Instacart, Kroger, Walmart, etc)
Successful client/account management experience, including providing thought leadership on campaign strategies
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated experience as an effective team member with strong communications skills, reliability/integrity/maturity, and ability to self-start
Must be comfortable with the learning curve/constant change that comes with operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing world of eCommerce
Comfortable in spreadsheets and doinganalysis

Partner with Business Management team, Clients, and eCommerce companies to help deliver strong sales growth and excellent customer support:
Develop strategies based on Client’s goals
Manage and optimize Clients’ campaigns to maximize sales
Create brand pages/stores
Build enhanced content pages that showcase competitive differentiation and cross-promotional opportunities
Help execute marketing promotions, online coupons, promo codes, etc.
Report back on key promotional metrics with clients
Create best-in-class catalog pages with a focus on SEO (titles, bullet points, product description, hidden keywords)
Manage promotional budgets for multiple clients (20+)
Optimize product sales potential through meaningful content and images
Correspond and consult with clients via email, phone calls, in-person meetings, and reports to improve and/or maintain performance
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
- Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Digital Marketing
5+ Years of experience in related field
