Responsibilities:

  • Assist with execution of requested tracking and reporting for KOMPASS/Continuity Managers and division leadership.

  • Assist with promotional planning, division CB sell sheets and promotional scan contracts.

  • Maintain division specific Corporate Brand database including products, costs, warehouse, and supplier

  • Assist KOMPASS/Continuity Managers with inventory reports to monitor inventory of new items.

  • Coordinate and communicate weekly Competition Pricing

  • Communicate division CB information (display plan, store corporate brand sales, ship vs. scan of new items) to retail teams for use during store visits.

  • Refer routine matters to appropriate parties for action and follows up to ensure proper disposition.

  • Special Assignments as required

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator provides support to the ARTS and Retail teams with planning and execution of projects, initiatives relating to deployment of wireless handhelds/tablets, and update Retail technology systems to include: mobile CRM, supporting database systems, CRM reporting, and BI dashboards. Responsible for cultivating lines of communication and coordinate the completion of project activities primarily between the ARTS, Retail, and IT departments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate project update meetings and workshops including note taking, identifying risks, and documenting action items during all phases of projects

  • Assist with the planning and execution of projects including creating project plans

  • Follow-up with project team members regarding open activities, action items, and coordinate the hand-off of deliverables between project team members

  • Prepare project status reports

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

(Preferred): Membership and involvement in local PMI Chapter preferred

  • CPG or Retail industry experience preferredExperience with deploying wireless handheld, tablet, or slate technology preferred

  • Prior experience managing small-to-medium size projects up to 150 tasks preferably using MS Project or similar project tool

  • Prior experience coordinating activities for managing small project teams
