Employment Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Assesses performance, skills and competencies of his/her direct reports, providing continuous feedback, coaching and counseling as needed.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws for assigned Associates in the department, including training, planning, assigning and directing work; monitoring performance and disciplining Associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Allocates resources to key projects as it relates to candidate generation, measurement and delivery through regular reports from the business, TA Analytics, and EM Analytics.
Develop candidate generation recommendations to a business unit based on specific business needs. Analyzing the source of submittal, the source of hires, market type and hard to fill areas.
Assist with preparation and execution of marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives including organizing promotional materials for job boards, social media, and grassroots campaigns.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing materials to include but not limited to systems training, process and procedures, and cross-functional department training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
3-5 years recruitment experience or equivalent job-related experience; Retail experience preferred.
3-5 years’ experience working with “tools of the trade”, including resume databases, internet sourcing and marketing tools and spreadsheets
Experience with Google analytics and schema
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 10 with the ability to manipulate Excel data using formulas
Demonstrates cross-cultural sensitivity with demonstrated experience and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong communication (written and verbal) and research skills
Previous ATS experience

Position Summary

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
