Responsibilities:

• Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts

• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as correspondence, contact information, modifications and amendments, status reports and other documents

• Provide guidance on contract matters to business teams

• Collaborate with company attorneys to ensure consistent application of contract policies and standardized terms

• Assist with review and update of contract templates

• Ensure that signed contracts are delivered to all relevant parties

• Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy

• Intervene, analyze, manage and resolve conflicts between the company and its contract counterparties

• Track contract life cycle, including termination, extension or renewal

• Other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned by the company’s legal department or relevant business teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experiencerequired; Experience inBusiness – Contract Management and Negotiation processes

  • 2-4 Years of experience in contract management and negotiation processes, or related field

  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Advanced Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret written information such as procedure manuals, Company communications or governmental regulations

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts

• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as correspondence, contact information, modifications and amendments, status reports and other documents

• Provide guidance on contract matters to business teams

• Collaborate with company attorneys to ensure consistent application of contract policies and standardized terms

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level:

(Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business – Contract Management and Negotiation

2-4 Years of experience in contract management and negotiation processes or related field

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Advanced Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email

  • Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to build effective working relationships

  • Experience in employee communication, reporting and policy/procedure design and development

  • Strong creative problem solving and project management skills

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical ability

  • Unquestionable work ethics, personal integrity and honesty

  • Travel as appropriate
