The WP Director Sales – Corporate Accounts is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the assigned segment through developing and executing sales and business development initiatives, market and pricing strategy and client/customer development to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Job Duties:
Develop and achieve sales goals and objectives for strategic corporate accounts
Foster and maintain strong customer and client relationships with senior management, buyers and other key personnel
Communication with key clients developing strategy and execution to deliver strong results
Partner with Client Managers to develop and implement segment’s growth plan
Optimize segment’s sales processes, training, and programs to achieve performance goals
Evaluate segment’s workflows to streamline and improve the sales process and maximize profitability
Recommend improvements and process changes to senior leadership to better position segment to achieve sales goals and objectives
Qualifications:
Strong client/customer relationship knowledge
Experience and Knowledge of food service industry
Practices: Supervisory, Performance management, Training & development and interviewing & hiring
Advanced Microsoft Office; working knowledge of SharePoint
Ability to develop a sales action plan with specific objectives that drive results in given timeline
Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Travel as appropriate
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000

Position Summary
The WP Director Sales – Corporate Accounts is responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the assigned segment through developing and executing sales and business development initiatives, market and pricing strategy and client/customer development to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and achieve sales goals and objectives for strategic corporate accounts
Foster and maintain strong customer and client relationships with senior management, buyers and other key personnel
Partner with Client Managers to develop and implement segment’s growth plan
Manage, train and develop sales and merchandising personnel
Align subordinate personnel, policies and systems with company objectives
Monitor market intelligence and identify potential impact and strategy based on opportunities and risks
Optimize segment’s sales processes, training and programs to achieve performance goals
Evaluate segment’s workflows to streamline and improve the sales process and maximize profitability
Recommend improvements and process changes to senior leadership to better position segment to achieve sales goals and objectives
Other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
Hirect Reports
Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports
May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements
Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job
Travel up to 50 %
Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree o r equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in progressive management in sales, planning and/or business development
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Strong client/customer relationship knowledge
Knowledge of food service industry
Financial acumen
Strategic planning
Company policies and procedures
Practices: Supervisory, Performance management, Training & development and Interviewing & hiring

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
