Responsibilities:
Ensure that retail issues are addressed a timely manner by Assistant Territory Managers and assist with solutions as needed.
Monitor service visits within the assigned territory.
Create status reports when requested.
Supervise/coach Assistant Territory Managers and/or Retail Administrators.
Liaise with Retail Operation Managers, Retail Supervisors, and Field Service Company personnel in assigned territory.
Coordinate service, promote coordination and unit procurement with appropriate departments for new stores to the program.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GEDor equivalent experiencerequired; Associate’s Degreeor equivalent experience preferred
1-3 years of experience in retail operations
Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Skill in supervising to include delegating responsibility, training and evaluating the performance
Team building Skills; Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people

Position Summary
The Territory Manager ISO is responsible for execution of the Superfridge and other in-store programs in assigned territory, with the goal of excellent customer service and compliance for both retailers and clients.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that retail issues are addressed a timely manner by Assistant Territory Managers and assist with solutions as needed
Monitor service visits within the assigned territory
Create status reports when requested
Supervise/coach Assistant Territory Managers and/or Retail Administrators
Liaise with Retail Operation Managers, Retail Supervisors and Field Service Company personnel in assigned territory
Coordinate service, promotion coordination and unit procurement with appropriate departments for new stores to program
Communicate cooperation and product availability to appropriate retail and/or promotion coordination contacts
Assist with system/database issues and other duties as requested from time to time

May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
(Preferred): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
1-3 years of experience in retail operations

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
