Marketing Manager – Digital

Atlas ( www.atlasdsr.com ), partner company of Advantage Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Plan, develop and implement company’s marketing strategies, communications and public relations efforts. Manage company website to ensure content is updated regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain working knowledge of each area of company expertise and strategic methodology

  • Create comprehensive marketing, communications (inbound/outbound), and PR campaigns through strategy development and project management as needed

  • Serve as brand manager for company identity

  • Partner with leadership to build internal marketing plans

  • Oversee social media efforts

  • Manage Public Relations efforts

  • Maintain focus on keeping our commitments regarding quality, time and budget

  • Collaborate with Strategic Growth group on joint Marketing efforts, content, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or related experience

  • Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained

  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and web-browsers

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Job Duty

Communications Execution and Content Marketing:

· Implement and measure marketing, communications and PR program (internal & external)

· Oversee email automation implementations

· Design email outreach programs based on persona development

· Own direction, design and production of thought leadership pieces, case studies (for web), blog, social, etc

· Oversee content strategy and content calendar

· Manage asset, authorship, posting and community management

· Oversee social media efforts

· Own public facing websites and maintain site content and infrastructure

· Partner with SEO specialist to achieve positive search rankings

Marketing Strategy:

· Working knowledge of each area of agency expertise and strategic methodology

· Create comprehensive marketing, communications (inbound/outbound), and PR campaigns through strategy development and project management as needed

· Serve as brand manager for agency identity

· Partner with leadership and HR to build internal marketing plans

Develop and execute PR/Industry Relations Campaigns: Contribute to delivering successful campaigns

· Collaborate with Director & VP to actively identify and secure opportunities for industry participation, sponsorship and networking that fit agency strategy

· Manage Public Relations Efforts

· Develop key messaging and supporting content for media distribution

· Serve as key point of contact for media in partnership with leadership and other internal parties

· Manage event marketing efforts

· Maintain focus on keeping our commitments regarding quality, time and budget.

  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

Indirect Reports

  • May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

(Preferred): Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

· 3-5 Years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or related experience

· HubSpot Certification or other email automation campaign experience
