General Description:

Advantage Digital Commerce / Quiverr group provides an essential set of services and solutions for finding growth opportunities and uncovering efficiencies in today’s complex, multi-platform marketplace.

This role serves as a key member of the Quiverr Logistics Team and is responsible for satisfying the needs of stakeholders in the chain of business processes which connect Quiverr’s global supply partners, the Company, and its customers. To be effective in the role, the Fulfillment Manager must develop a clear understanding of the company's objectives and foster a spirit of partnership between the supply chain organization, finance/accounting, key functional leaders, sales and brand management, and fulfillment operations.

Growth will be fueled by an aggressive push into new markets, a robust product roadmap, and brand/line extensions. With growth, Quiverr will continue to evolve its business model, placing greater emphasis on differentiation via superior performance of its internal operations and supply chain. The Fulfilment Manager will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing changes necessary to achieve optimal performance through logistics planning, consistent data and forward-looking automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor fulfillment performance metrics and assess fulfillment network performance on regular basis.

  • Ensure that the 3PLs meet their commitments in terms of price, lead-time, service, and documentation required per their agreements / company requirements.

  • Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to address systemic operations performance issues and drive improvement across metrics.

  • Lead our monthly fulfillment planning and execution activities, including communicating those plans to our 3PLs, carriers and key stakeholders.

  • Understand the workflow for ecommerce platform such as Amazon FBA or 1P, Walmart, Shopify, or eBay channels

  • Actively manage relationships with our carriers throughout the year to ensure available capacity and critical support during our peak seasons.

  • Act as process owner for the fulfillment function and serve as super-user for systems functionality.

  • Guarantee proper storage, packaging and labeling required from different 3PL warehouses

  • Coordinate the quality, inventory control checks with 3PLs as needed and report any damages or missing inventory.

  • Work with business leaders to identify opportunities to optimize business processes.

  • Research and share value of emerging best practices and trends applicable to Quiverr’s business challenges. Keep pace with and share advancements in product sourcing solutions with the potential to deliver value and efficiency.

Your background should include and or exhibit:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in fulfillment/logistics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

  • Hands on experience managing orders, shipments, inventory on Amazon FBA or 1P, Walmart, Shopify or eBay channels

  • Previous experience working with fulfillment center / 3PL operations

  • Previous experience managing parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, FTL etc.) in high-volume environment

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing procurement/planning tasks. Some independent judgment required in setting priorities of tasks among multiple assigned projects.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization.

  • Great communicator who can express ideas clearly and concisely in written form and in casual and formal presentations, adapting style and vocabulary as required to suit the audience. Effective listening skills.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Job Duty


  • Primary point of contact between the retail logistics team and all other project stakeholders, including task force, suppliers, and warehouses.

  • Key liaison between project management team, retailer, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure concise and consistent communication is provided about project status. Supports team in efforts to manage, document, and deliver all aspects of the strategic rebranding project.

  • Work closely with assigned team in communicating product availability and/or any discrepancies

  • Collaborates with and supports the efforts of project managers overseeing the rebranding/relabeling project.

  • Provides clear communication regarding project status at both product and project level to ensure all stakeholders are aligned & in agreement with plan. This includes the delivery of weekly reporting to track product inventory levels and facilitation of regular meeting cadence.

  • Provide direction and support to logistics team


  • Oversee and manage the planning and operations of numerous projects supporting the rebranding project, focused on management and communication of inventory levels between retailer, supplier, and warehouse.

  • Use all available systems to monitor orders for correct items, quantities, prices, and delivery dates for products. Create and implement plan to resolve any issues quickly, keeping all teams informed of status.

  • Act quickly to resolve all order issues and ensure all relevant teams are informed of plan and expected “correction” date

  • Responsible to deliver all projects at high quality standards, on schedule, and within determined budget.

  • Resolve problems as they surface & recommend solutions, escalating problems to senior levels when necessary.

  • Develop full scale project plans to include the definition of project scope, goals & deliverables. Includes: Management and communication of project requirements, forecasting resource needs and timing, gaining alignment with project stakeholders, management of execution, and delivering results.

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables.


  • Supports team in efforts to manage and document all aspects of strategic rebranding project.

  • Track and manages up-to date task status and elevates risks via frequent conversations and relationship building with the project team.

  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

  • This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Supply Chain or Inventory Management

2-4 Years of experience in professional project or inventory management experience required on medium to large projects.
