Directs and leads graphic production team(s) by:Assisting the Director; Manage and coordinate external graphics resources/freelancers; Attend status meetings; Oversee graphic production quality control for your clients.
Provide leadership, expertise and support.
Oversee and manage of daily workload; Oversee and manage the archiving and server process.
Work closely with graphic artists, production, account and creative teams.
Research and introduce new innovations and technologies within the graphics environment.
Attend trade shows and seminars when applicable.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
3+ years of experience in graphics production management

The Graphics Supervisor will direct and lead graphic production team in the production execution of creative files for printing by working closely with the Director Graphics, creative/art directors and print production mangers. This includes three phases of the graphic production process: creative, financial and production.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Directs and leads graphic production team(s) by:
o Assisting the Director, Graphics with:
Project assignments, timelines, and schedules within graphics
Workflow management between all departments
Establish internal project timelines
o Manage and coordinate external graphics resources/freelancers
o Attend status meetings
o Oversee graphic production quality control for your clients
o Expertise in graphic software programs
o Expertise in prepress and printing processes
o Develops, maintains and enables standard processes and policies consistent with company direction.
• Provide leadership, expertise and support
• Oversee and manage of daily workload
• Oversee and manage the archiving and server process
• Work closely with graphic artists, production, account and creative teams
• Research and introduce new innovations and technologies within the graphics environment
• Attend tradeshows and seminars when applicable
• Assist in reviews of staff
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
- Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Education Level:(Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic production management
